Yes, you can change or cancel your booking as long as you do so at least 24 hours before your booking begins. To make changes or cancel, please contact us via email at travelhublockers@gmail.com.

If you registered on our website, you can also cancel your booking through the 'My Bookings' section.

No, our locker service is only available for full-day bookings, which are valid for 24 hours—from 10:00 AM to 9:59 AM the following day.

You can access your locker as many times as you like during your booking day(s), provided you have a valid access code for both the locker and the store. 

On both our website and at our location, you will find details about the sizes of our lockers. You can easily determine which one best suits your needs based on the number of suitcases, backpacks, or items you need to store.

We offer three different locker sizes:

• S Lockers: 37 cm (height) x 48 cm (width) x 58 cm (depth). These fit small bags or personal items.

• M Lockers: 46 cm (height) x 48 cm (width) x 58 cm (depth). These fit a small suitcase and a handbag.

• XL Lockers: 84 cm (height) x 48 cm (width) x 58 cm (depth). These fit a large suitcase or approximately three cabin-sized suitcases."

Yes, you should make your reservation through our website. You can scan the QR code at our location, which will take you directly to the online booking page. The booking process only takes a minute.

You can store any items that fit within your booked locker, except for illegal, dangerous, or flammable items.

Please note that perishable food items are not allowed unless securely packaged to prevent spills, stains, or odors.

We also recommend not storing valuables such as money, jewelry, or electronics (tablets, laptops, televisions, etc.), as we are not responsible for any loss or damage.

You will be able to access your locker on the day(s) you have booked.

The booking price depends on the locker size. Prices are displayed on the website at the time of booking. All prices include VAT.

You are allowed to enter the premises and stay solely for the purpose of accessing your booked locker and handling items stored in it. Staying beyond what is strictly necessary for these activities is not permitted, including, but not limited to, actions such as resting, sleeping, making phone calls, or browsing the internet.

For security and confidentiality reasons, taking photos or videos of security equipment, including surveillance cameras, locking systems, store displays, among others, is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy with suspicious intent will be reported to the authorities to ensure the safety of all users.

You can check locker availability for your desired dates on our website. On the booking page, the number of available lockers will be shown next to the one you wish to book.

Yes, you can book as many lockers as you need, provided they are available.

Yes, the system operates 24 hours a day. During the time you have booked the locker, you can use it as many times as needed. Once the booked time has passed, the code will no longer work, so it is very important to arrive on time.
